Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most of our work is done remotely. We travel for engagements where in-person work meaningfully improves the outcome — usually in the discovery and alignment phases.
What size organizations do you work with?
We work with small and mid-sized organizations — typically teams of 10 to 500. We're not set up for enterprise engagements that require large project teams, and we're usually not the right fit for early-stage startups that need generalist technical co-founders.
Do you work on fixed-price or hourly engagements?
Both, depending on the nature of the work. Strategy and consulting engagements are often scoped to phases. Development and implementation work is typically fixed-price once requirements are defined. We'll tell you which structure makes sense for your situation.
